Service Description

Apollo Sports Counseling is extremely proud to offer athletes workshops where they not only become educated about mental health, but also become mentally stronger. The workshop consists of two option: Either a presentation on educating athletes on the importance of mental health in regards to athletics or a Mental Toughness workshop that consist of events and activities that are proven to increase mental toughness in your specific sport.
